Terms

The deal

ReplyMark drafts AI outreach in your voice. You approve every send. We never send anything you haven't explicitly approved (with the optional exception of the ColdReply Scale tier auto-send, which is opt-in and disabled by default).

Your responsibilities

• Don't send to recipients you have no plausible legitimate interest in.
• Don't impersonate anyone. The sender is you (or your agreed persona); we don't fake identities.
• Honour unsubscribe requests. We auto-route them; you keep them off the send list.
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.).

Our responsibilities

• We protect your sender domains. Burner workspaces, warmup, deliverability monitoring.
• We never send unapproved messages on your default tier.
• We honour suppression lists across the entire system.
• If we fail an SLA (e.g. ColdReply pilot meeting target), we refund as advertised.

Refunds

Pressmark: 7-day free trial. ColdReply pilot (£497): full refund if we don't book 2 meetings. AcquisitionPilot: 14-day pilot, monthly thereafter, cancel anytime. Subscription refunds are pro-rated.

Liability

Service "as is". We don't guarantee placements, deals, or meetings beyond stated SLAs. Liability cap is 3 months of fees paid.
