Who we are

ReplyMark is operated by Dimi Popov as a sole trader. Three storefronts run on the same backend: Pressmark, AcquisitionPilot, and ColdReply. Contact: hello@replymark.co.uk.

What we collect

Email address you give us via signup, demo, or contact form
Brand voice samples + business data you submit during onboarding
Outbound messages drafted on your behalf and approved by you
Reply data on conversations routed through our portal
Standard server logs (URL, response code, timestamp) — not used to track you across sites

Why we collect it

To deliver the service you asked for. Pressmark drafts journalist pitches; AcquisitionPilot drafts owner outreach; ColdReply runs your outbound. We need your voice, your targets, and your approval before we send anything.

Lawful basis

Contract (delivering the service) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, deliverability protection). UK GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018 + PECR.

Where it's stored

Supabase (EU region — Frankfurt). Hetzner VPS (EU — Falkenstein). Cloudflare for the static sites. Anthropic's Claude API for drafting on the no-training tier.

Outbound recipients

For people we contact on your behalf: every outbound email carries an unsubscribe link, your sender details, and the lawful basis (legitimate interest for B2B). We honour opt-outs across the entire suppression list — once a recipient unsubscribes from one client, they're suppressed across all clients on the same vertical.

How long

Account data: as long as you're a customer, plus 24 months for accounting. Suppression list: indefinitely (the whole point is that we don't email opt-outs again).

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion. Email hello@replymark.co.uk and we act within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
